- Chicken ½ kg.
- Chopped onions.
- Sliced green chilies.
- Oil 2-4tbsp.
- Mirchi powder 1tbsp.
- Turmeric powder ½ tbsp.
- Salt as per taste.
- Coriander powder 1tbsp.
- Garam masala 1tbsp.
- Chicken masala 1tbsp.
- Kaju (cashews) (10-15).
- Coriander leaves.
- Mint leaves.
- Lemon juice.

PREPARATION OF CHICKEN FRY:
- Place a pan on gas add 2tbsp oil to the pan.
- Add ½ kg chicken to pan.
- Now add salt as per taste.
- Mix well and add ½ glass of water.
- Then close the lid and cook for 15 minutes.
