4.now add half cup of sooji(rava) and roast till they turn light golden color.

5.make sure to roast on low flame,else rava might burn.

6. now add 500g of milk and stair it.

7.now see milk turns half quantity,now add 2 cups of sugar.

8.stair well till sooji cooks well.

9. now check the thickness of kheer.

10.now add the fried dry fruits.finally,serve rava kheer hot or refrigerate and serve chilled.

4. make a stiff and tight dough that is not crumbly or dry. It must not be soft like the roti dough.

5.drizzle another 1 tbsp oil and knead lightly to just smoothen the ball.do not knead it for longer like it is done
