MUTTON BIRYANI RECIPE lovers are really liked easy. This is an easy digestive curry for children and old people. It initially used to take me some effort to consciously try out dishes made from tender mutton pieces but after eating the Best Mutton Curry recipe made by my super mom. Mopped up with thick buttered tandoori roti’s, the taste is still fresh on my tongue.

ingredients
Take a bowl and add mutton.
Add salt as per taste.
Then add turmeric powder 1/2tbsp.
After add mirchi powder 2tbsp.
add chopped onions.
then add green chili & tomatoes sliced.
Add mint leaves and coriander leaves.
After add ginger, garlic paste 4tbsp.
Then add curd.
mix well.
Place a pressure cooker on gas.
Then add ghee optional 2tbsp.
Now add oil 4 tbsp.
Add biryani spices.
After add marinated mutton on cooker.
Close the lid and cook for 5 whistles.
After 5 whistles add garam masala 1tbsp.
Mutton masala 1tbsp.
Add kaju 10-15 optional.
Now add lemon juice and food color mixed.
PREPARATION OF RICE:
- Place a pan on the stove and add six cups of water for three cups of rice.
- Add 1tbsp oil.
- Fry the chopped onions.
- Wait for 10 minutes to boil the water.
- Add 20 minutes of soaked rice in boiled water.
- Mix well.
- Cover it for 10 minutes with a plate.
- Cook the rice for 80%.
- Take the half rice in another bowl.
- Add cooked mutton into the rice-like layer.
- Do the same process until the mutton is completed.
- Add fried onions and add mint leaves, coriander leaves.
- Cover the plate with a cloth and place it on a pan.
- Cook for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes our mutton biryani is ready to serve with raita or Mirchi masala.
