I love the EGG MASALA PASTA pasta,in pasta recipes I like the egg masala pasta. It was the very tasty and yummy I love the taste of egg pasta.and also I like the tomato masala pasta.it is the Italian food or noodle which is made from the unleavened dough extracted from wheat flour. water and formed into various shapes. It is boiled, cooked or baked.The pasta is divided into fresh pasta and dried pasta.
Fresh pasta is made with hand or use of machines.Both fresh and dried pasta has varieties of shapes. Long shapes, tubes, short shapes, miniature soup shapes, flat shapes and sheets.
MASALA THEPLA RECIPE GUJARATI THEPLA try this recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup pasta
- Chopped onions ½ cup (1 small size onion)
- Chopped tomato ½ cup (1 small size tomato)
- Sliced green chilli 4
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp mirchi powder
- Salt as per taste
- Coriander powder 1tbsp
- Garam masala 1 tbsp
- Chicken masala 1 tbsp
- Mint and coriander leaves
- Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
- Oil 2tbsp
- Eggs 2-4

PREPARATION OF EGG FRY:
- Place a pan on gas.
- Add 1tbsp oil.
- Then add eggs.
- Fry well.
- Add salt as per taste.
- Now Add ½ tbsp turmeric powder.
- Mirchi powder ½ tbsp.
- Mix well and keep aside.
PREPARATION OF EGG PASTA:
- Take a pan.
- 1 tbsp oil add on pan.
- Sliced green chili 2-4 add on heated oil.
- Chopped onion ½ cup fry until brown.
- Tomato chopped ½ cup fry til tomato softended.
- Ginger,garlic paste 1tbsp fry well.
- Add 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
- Add salt as per taste.
- mirchi powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1tbsp.
- Garam masala powder 1tbsp.
- Chicken masala powder 1tbsp.
- Mint and coriander leaves add on cooked masala.
- Then add egg fry and mix well.
- Boiled pasta add on cooked mixture.
- Mix well.
- lemon juice 1tbsp.
- Egg masala pasta is ready for serve hot.
