CHICKEN ROASTED BIRYANI | CHICKEN FRIED PIECE BIRYANI

- Chicken ½ kg.
- Curd 1 cup.
- Oil 2 tbsp.
- Ginger, garlic paste 3tbsp.
- Chicken masala 1 tbsp.
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp.
- Biryani masala 1tbsp.
- Garam masala 1tbsp.
- Mirchi powder 1tbsp.
- Turmeric powder ½ tbsp.
- Salt as per taste or required.
- Onion chopped 1 cup (small size 1 onion).
- Tomato chopped 1cup (big size 1 tomato).
- Green chilli 4-6.
- Mint leaves.
- Coriander leaves.
- Ghee 1tbsp (optional).
- Oil for rice 2-4 tbsp.
- Rice 2 cups (basmati or normal).
- Biryani spices.
PREPARATION OF CHICKEN ROASTED BIRYANI:

Preparation of marinate chicken:
- Take a bowl add chicken into bowl.
- Add turmeric powder ½ tbsp.
- Add slat as per required.
- Add mirchi powder 1tbsp.
- Add coriander powder 1tbsp.
- Add biryani masala 1 tbsp.
- Add garam masala 1tbsp.
- Add ginger, garlic paste 3tbsp.
- Add lemon juice 1tbsp
- Add oil 1tbsp .
- mixed well.
- Now add 1 cup curd and mix well.
- Mix well with curd.
- The marinate chicken mixture.
- cover with plate or lid for marinate 1 hour.
- After 1 hour place a pan on gas.
- Add marinate chicken pieces on pan.
- Close lid and Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame is enough.
- After 5 minutes take the chicken pieces into a plate.
- place a pan and add 5- 10 tbsps of oil for roasting or frying.
- Check the oil heated or not. oil is heated now add chicken pieces into oil.
- Fry for 1 minutes. After 1 minutes slowly flip the chicken pieces.

PREPARATION OF BIRYANI RICE:
- Place a pan or handi on gas add 4tbsp oil.
- Oil can heated add whole biryani spices, fry for 2 minutes.

- Rice is ready for dum now place the roasted or fried chicken pieces on rice.
- Now cover the pan or handi with plate or lid for 10-15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes our chicken roasted biryani is ready for serve. garnish with coriander leaves.
- Now transfer into plate and serve all house members they are love it the chicken roasted biryani.
Serve with raitha or mirchi masala or liked salad.
